You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about Lake Point Tower than Jean Ward. As a ten-year Lake Point Tower resident she understands the needs of her clients first hand. As owner of Chicagoland Lakefront Properties, Jean supervises all activity surrounding the rental or sale of a condo. She has held the majority of Lake Point Tower properties on the market since 2005, and sold 13 condos in 2008. Jean has repeatedly won the “Top Residential Producer, Outstanding Sales Achievement Award” from the Chicago Association of Realtors.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream Lake Point Tower residence, Jean is busy enjoying Chicago’s best neighborhood. Before becoming a real estate agent, Jean was a corporate real estate paralegal. Jeans says her legal background taught her to anticipate problems before they have a chance to arise, as well as paying close attention to the details.
