I start every morning looking out of my windows at the lake and the city.  Regardless of the season, the lakefront view has its own special beauty and the city beckons whenever I see the skyline.  

If you have thought about moving to the lakefront, this is the perfect time.  Mortgage rates remain low.  And that is one of the most critical factors in deciding whether this is the time to buy.    Affordability is one of the issues facing every prospective purchaser.    Low interest rates means you can afford more.  And that is a good thing.
